Built by musicians, for ensembles.
Maestro Amadeus is the ensemble success platform — the only solution that connects a conductor and every musician, without dictating how anyone works.
How the idea was born
We are musicians ourselves — we played in and led various ensembles. The frustration was real and specific: emailing sheet music, coordinating changes, finding the right parts for each musician, managing members across different communication channels.
As our ensemble grew, coordination became unsustainable. That pain became the product. Founded in 2019, Maestro Amadeus was not a startup idea born in a boardroom — it was born in a rehearsal room.
“The frustration of emailing sheet music grew into a professional solution.”
We are musicians with a passion for technology
A team of musicians and experienced software developers — both sides of the domain. We understand the daily challenges of running an ensemble because we've lived them ourselves. A Slovenian technology company building tools for ensembles worldwide.
What we solve
Conductors and group directors spend hours each week distributing sheet music, coordinating changes, and finding the right parts for each musician. As the group grows, coordination becomes unsustainable.
Upload
The director uploads sheet music to the platform.
AI sorts
Built-in AI recognizes and sorts parts per musician.
Auto-delivers
The right parts go automatically to each member’s device.
Musicians receive real-time notifications about updates, follow group activities, and have their materials and annotations in one place. Those who prefer print their materials. Others use them digitally. The platform doesn't interfere with how each individual works.
Our mission
Ensembles don't fail from lack of talent — they fail from coordination chaos, member disengagement, and administrative burden. Our mission is to give every conductor and director the tools so their ensemble doesn't just survive — it thrives.
Who supports us?
Development of the Maestro Amadeus solution and the beginning of commercialisation is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund. The goal of the operation is to develop the Maestro Amadeus product and enter the market, first in 2021 for the individual musicians and in 2022 for the ensembles and music schools.
We are also members of the Venture Factory, the business incubator of the University of Maribor.
