What goes into a workspace is the school's decision — public-domain repertoire, arrangements you hold the rights to, and material your licences allow you to digitise. We never supply, license or resell publisher content.

Hosted on AWS infrastructure. What your school uploads stays inside your own workspaces, we never sell it, and you can delete your data at any time.

No — paper students get printed parts with the markings in place. No family has to buy a tablet.
Which devices does it work on?
Native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android, plus the web app on any laptop or desktop. Everything stays in sync — a marking made in rehearsal shows up on every device. Mixed-device ensembles are the normal case.
We already use school admin software.
Keep it — it runs your office: enrollment, invoicing, scheduling. Maestro Amadeus runs the rehearsal: parts, markings, and who's ready. They sit side by side.
What about copyright?
The school controls what it uploads; Maestro Amadeus provides the rehearsal tools around it. Music is viewed inside the app, and printing runs through Smart Print — every print is logged to a person. We never supply, license or resell publisher content. Your licensing body can confirm what your school may digitise.
Who decides what we can upload?
Your school does — based on your licence, arrangements you hold the rights to, and the public domain. We never rule on what's allowed — but we're happy to walk your administration or licensing contact through exactly how the app works: workspaces, roles, viewing, and logged printing.
How do we buy?
Start with a pilot and a demo; when you're ready, one annual invoice for the school. Schools get 50% off any plan.
How much setup?
One person sets a workspace up in an evening — usually the teacher. We help with the first one, live.
Who administers it?
Each teacher runs their own ensemble; roles are Admin / Editor / Member.
