What happens when you delete your account
- All of your imported songs, created setlists, and account information will be deleted.
- Your data is retained for 14 days and then permanently deleted.
- You can restore your account within that period by simply logging back in.
- Account deletion does not cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it before deleting your account.
Delete your account on the web
- Log in to your account at maestroamadeus.com.
- Click your profile icon and go to Settings.
- Under the Account tab, find the Login & Security section.
- Click Delete account.
- Review the information and click Continue with deletion.
- Type "Delete" in the confirmation field and click Delete account.
Delete your account in the mobile app
- Log in to your account.
- Tap the icon on the top right of the Main screen to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Login & Security.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Continue with deletion.
- Type "Delete" into the input and tap Delete account.
