What happens when you delete your account

  • All of your imported songs, created setlists, and account information will be deleted.
  • Your data is retained for 14 days and then permanently deleted.
  • You can restore your account within that period by simply logging back in.
  • Account deletion does not cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it before deleting your account.

Delete your account on the web

  1. Log in to your account at maestroamadeus.com.
  2. Click your profile icon and go to Settings.
  3. Under the Account tab, find the Login & Security section.
  4. Click Delete account.
  5. Review the information and click Continue with deletion.
  6. Type "Delete" in the confirmation field and click Delete account.

Delete your account in the mobile app

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Tap the icon on the top right of the Main screen to open Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Login & Security.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Tap Continue with deletion.
  6. Type "Delete" into the input and tap Delete account.
